Incorrect information in Discover Canada booklet?

"Canada is divided into 308 electoral districts, also known as ridings or constituencies."

Isn't this incorrect? Aren't there 338 electoral districts now?

Yup. It's 338 now.
The booklet hasn't been updated since 2012.

I wonder if they ignore the out of date questions altogether in the citizenship exam or just expect you to give the answer that was correct few years ago...

I see. Lots of typos in the booklet as well. Pretty disappointing to see, especially if this is the "official" document to help prepare applicants for the citizenship test.

Thought I was the only one who caught this lol. Well, Liberals plan to overhaul the test as well as booklet this year. Perhaps, it will improve.
