Incorrect Dates sent to CIC. Urgent!!!

Hi,
I sent out the entire application package a couple of days before. I just noticed some incorrect dates in the Company letter. I have the amended letter with me now. I do not have any Case ID. If i send the corrected company letter with a covering letter, how will they identify my package and replace the letter with the new one? Pl. help.

I just mailed a corrected form after I realized that I did a mistake on the generic form plus some other extra documents i missed. I sent it a week after the initial application was mailed. I attached a cover letter explaining what I was missing, I included my complete name, date of birth, passport number and my Client ID number on top of the letter. I just checked the tracking number and they received it today. I just hope they will attach it to my file. I'd say to send it asap, I heard there have been cases where they added it to the file. Good luck!

Hi.. I do not have client ID number with me. That is what worries because they might not be able to track my application. Its mentioned in the company letter that i am working from October 2009. But in the designation its mentioned that i worked as programmer from October 2012 to May 2012. (Instead of October 2009 to May 2012)

You find the client ID on your work permit, if you don't have it just send it without it, at least you know you tried. Write in your letter when your application was submitted, or the date it was received by CPP Sydney. Good luck!

I wrote for the immigration office Sydney instead of CPP-O and I did not write my Client ID on the form. I also sent the Payment Form which I forgot to complete with my name and address as specified. (I sent the bank draft only). I also realized I should send a copy of my provincial LPN license. I really hope, they will add it to my file.

A lot of people don't know where to find that UCI number, I didn't know either when I mailed my application. If you sent a copy of your work permit, they have it in file. I don't think that will be a big deal.

That gives me a hope. I will send the latest work permit paper along with covering letter giving my personal details and also the amended letter. I hope they will attach it. Have you guys talked to CIC customer service about it? What do they say for these mistakes?

UCI is found in the generic form in the 1st page itself.
