Hi, My fiancé is from India and in Canada now. She received her COPR letter and there is an error on her COPR and PR Card. "Became PR on" date is mentioned as 2021/06/20 and the "Issued Date" is 2021/10/20. She submitted her application for PR after 2021/06/20 only, so we think there is an error with "Became PR date" on her PR Card & COPR Doc. Should these two dates match on the card? Can she travel to India for our marriage and return to Canada on this PR Card without any problem?

No, the dates can be different.

Your birth date and your birth certificate issuance date were the same?

Thanks for the reply, but she applied for PR in September that is after the date mentioned on her PR card (20 June 2021). How can the "Became PR date " date be a prior date than PR application date?

That does sound like an error. Should not be an issue for the travel but you should probably get it corrected.

PR card issue date is often different from the date you became a PR on the COPR. PR card is primarily a travel document.
