Incorrect Date of Birth in ECA Report

Hello,

I recently received my ECA report with incorrect date of birth.Can someone please let me know how can I get it corrected?Do I need to sent back the original ECA report to their Toronto Address?
I have dropped a message on their website but haven't received any update yet.

Also,Can I still apply for Express Entry while my ECA report is updated.I have the ECA reference number with me.

Any help /suggestions??

Yes, you can apply in Express Entry with this ECA report and wait for the correction.
Once you get the error corrected, you can change the ECA number (if it changes).
I don't think you will need to send this report back to them. They will amend their records and send you a new report. You can then discard the report that has an error on it.

Either way, this is not a huge problem. Go ahead and fill out your EE profile with the information in hand and you can change it later as necessary.

I’m also have the same challenge. ECA report has a different DOB from my passport & all other credentials. How can i go about it. I havent gotten into the pool at all.
