Incorrect CRS score for education

Hi,

I have a BE and MBA and thats what i entered in the Express entry profile. As per their calculator i should be getting 126 for level of education however they have somehow given me 140 (which should be given for doctorate). i have written them but to no awail.

my score as per my calculation is 437 and as per their calculation its 451. I got an ITA now however the lowest score for the draw is 438. now my dilemma is whether to decline the ITA or go ahead.

Could someone advise please.

Decline the ITA, if the information you entered is correct then raise a technical issue (which can take forever) or withdraw your profile and create a new one.

Yes the information entered by me was correct. and have raised the technical issue but i got a response after 10 days but thats not even a response they didnt change my score neither told me it was right or wrong. i think i would delete and recreate profile as you said.
