Incorrect address on Canada vfs global two way courier

I’ve given incorrect shipping address while booking two way courier service from Canada vfs global. Upon reviewing the issue with vfs support team, they are asking to send a letter with correct address enclosed in the envelope.
Could you pls let me know if this is safer option ?

I’m currently on h1b and has an extension planned next year March.

Hi, I got the same issue with you. Did you add a letter and is that worked? I was wondering do I need to talk with vfs or Fedex to correct it. Thank you for replying!
