No I just got the Note sent to me today. I guess I should get a new Letter of Reference from my company and submit a CSE?

I just checked my Application documents again. The job letter that is inconsistent actually does not contain a list of duties (damn the HR people)
I will try to call my HR and see if I can get a new one with list of duties.
