I got an email from CIC yesterday saying that I need to submit schedule A with no gaps over the past ten years. But I already submitted that form along with my police certificate in February. I logged in my online application and it says the form is provided. I am really confused. What am I suppose to do. Anyone comes across same situation?

Review your schedule A history section to ensure there are no gaps.....if any gaps update the form and send through IRCC Webform.
Like the example below, 2017-11 to 201712 is unaccounted for;
"FROM_Date" to "TO_Date" Activity
2018-01 to 2018-06 - Employed
2017-02 to 2017-10 - Student

I checked my form, there are no gaps. It is like:
2017-03 to 2017-06 umemployed
2017-07 to 2018-01 sales
2017-03 to 2017-06 umemployed
2017-07 to 2018-01 sales
There might be a gap for them. I made sure i overlapped every period so the end month is the same as the next start month (like 2017-06 and 2017-06).
Yes I did. I just don't understand why this happened. Did they just make a mistake or did I do something wrong.
I actually did this the first time. Then I got told that there are some gaps. So I changed to no overlap. I am just confused what to do.
if your form is okay.....why not just re-send the same form you earlier sent just to clear any misunderstanding.
how about educational history? I attended college twice and once is 2005-2008 the other is 2014-2016. The form asks to fill all my secondary educational history and there are a few years gap between. Is it because of that ?
educational history may have gaps.......but your educational history should be incorporated into your personal history.
Make sure you DO NOT leave any gaps in time in Personal History......refer.......sponsorship guide.....schedule A for an example.

Carefully reread the request letter that they sent with you. They will usually specify if there is a specific time period that they are asking about. They sent me a request to add on an additional 4 months time prior to the history I had listed.
you should check it carefully,,, make sure the years continuosly,, dont skip any yearsl i had the same, i post it by mail on april, and June i was asked to resend my schedule and i did, and now it s done. so try to resend the soft copy back
