Incomplete IMM 5406

Hi, what exactly did they say in the email that your husband got? I am the sponsor for my wife and I got an email yesterday saying "Application for Permanent Residence in Canada –Additional Info Required" and asked us to fill the IMM5406 again and submit with webform. Also how are you seeing your application? We are not able to view our application after we submitted it.

I also got the same email stating below, how did you updated them ? where was the issue, its still confusing for me.

IMM 5406 (for Dependant): Incomplete IMM 5406 document from eligible dependant.
• IMM 5406 (for Dependant): Your current Additional Family Info (IMM5406) is missing information. You must submit a separate and newly completed form bearing original signatures. Ensure to complete section B listing all dependent children, relationship, date of birth, and present address.
