Incomplete Degree ECA - Question/Help

He has a Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) and an Incomplete MBA (completed 80% of coursework) and wants to do ECA (Educational Credentials Assesment) for Immigration Purpose.


Questions:
1) Given the current situation, which institution is recommended for ECA?
2) What is the right equivalence expectations for such a case?

(Any past experience would be helpful!!)

He will not get credit for incomplete study. Even if it is 99.99 % complete and only degree award is pending. Effectively, your friend has got a bachelors degree. So, he can go for WES for quick processing. If he wants masters equivalency for raising points, ask him to complete the masters first and then go for IQAS.

For majority of MBA degrees obtained in Asian universities, WES gives post graduation diploma equivalency barring the top notch B schools. On the other hand, I have heard many ppl getting masters equivalency from IQAS for those same universities.

Even if you are eligible to get an ECA for an incomplete study
for Express entry it is required to upload a Degree of education you claimed points for.
Uploading ECAs only will surely end up with a rejected application
