Incomplete Citizen Application

I submitted my Citizen application along with my wife and my daughters but unfortunately I didn't signed on the residence calculator form in my application and the whole package was returned even though my wife and daughter application is complete...my question is do I've to submit a new application or just sign on the residence calculator in the present date and send it back...am confused because the application says that both application and residence calculator should be signed on same date...what to do...please help

You should have CIC stamp on the first page of your document. Please sign the residence calculator of your returned application and date it as your signature date on your application. You should be fine.

Also, please make sure to comply with what they have stated in the letter that has been attached along with the returned application.

It is important that the application date used in the calculation and the date of signature on the application form and the calculation printout be the same.

What date did CIC initially received your application?

Had the same experience with my wife's. Sign it and put similar date as to your application. Good luck.

Thanks everybody....I send it in 1st week of Jan 2015 and received it back yesterday...I called CIC and one of the agent said to sign and date the residence calculator and send it back whereas the other agent said to replace the page 6 of application and to date it and sign it again ...am confused should i sign the residence calculator in the same date as application or should i replace the page 6 too...

Just sign it with the same date as to your original application.
