It is interesting, because I can see from other posts, you're credit card was charged on Nov 14th, 2013.

According to my knowledge, they were supposed to send your application back because of "incompleteness".

Did you get AOR?

If you already got AOR, I guess, you can send information about education of your wife to Ottawa OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca
You can do it may be in couple of months (to be sure, that your application is in Ottawa already, I don't know how fast they send it from Sydney to Ottawa, may be somebody else knows)

You put information about education of your wife in this letter and write something like:
"Please add ... to my application so that it could be reviewed in its entirety with no further delay"

While you are sending email to Ottawa, you need to include your first name, last name, date of birth, client ID, application number (you find it in AOR) and application type (CEC in your case, I guess)

Thanks grishan1. Should I send the complete form after sign and scan or just send the missing education qualification ?

Also I have sent some updated supporting letter to Ottawa got the auto submission email but still no confirmation from them that my updated supporting letter added to my file.

Any suggestion.

Yes, I would sign and scan the form, then email and send the original via mail to CPP-O as well. Just to make sure they actually get it.
Sometimes CPP-O doesn't acknowledge the receipt of information. When I updated them with my new passport number etc, they never
responded, but the files have been added to my application - I checked that in GCMS notes.
So even if you don't get a response, they add it - that is, if you have included all information in the email and they were able to find
your application.

I have instructions on by website. http://cectoolkit.weebly.com/ Check the Canadavisa links page and look
for a link called 'How do I contact CPP-O?'
