Incomplete application

Hi
I applied for citizenship and included my minor.
- They returned the application to me (including the proof of payments for my application and my child application).
- Both application were stamped (Received, Sydney)

They also include 2 letters:
1- A letter attached with my application indicating that my application was considered complete but they are returning it because of the child application being incomplete
2- A letter attached with my child application indicating there is a document missing and asking me to provide the document and resubmit the application

I have 2 questions
1- Do I have to re-pay the application fees?
2- Do I need a new application for my child? or Shall I add the missing document along with the original application and resend them?

My understanding is that they will expect you to provide the incomplete item along with the returned package they sent back.

You don't have to pay a new fee nor submit a new application form.

1 - You can use the same receipt, it will stay valid so you don't need to repay the fees.
2 - Yes, you will have to sign the new application with current date. You will have to complete a new form as your eligibility period would have changed too.
