Incomplete Application OR OLD forms used

Just wanted to know normally if they find incomplete application or find old forms used then with in how many weeks they will return the application.

Within the aor timeframe so up to abot 60 days I'd say

your attorney is wrong. I have read some cases on here that it will delay your application if you sent the old forms.
People who submitted old forms will get the application returned (you don't have to pay again, but you will lose time)
Don't take chances

Is there any way to submit application with new forms since i dont want to wait till they return my application.
and how many weeks it takes for them to return such applications?

If you use old forms, there is no guarantee they will send it back, or the other.
It depends on how old the form is.

If everything is filled out correctly, they will probably accept it (we had members who reported, they used old forms, and got AOR).

But it is always safer to use new forms.

Yah 35 days seems like a good guess, if you are getting it back.
