Hi folks!
I hope you could be able to help with my request:
I have had my application returned because found incomplete (problem with payment methods, I was sending Money Order with MONEYGRAM, which is not accepted). Now I am arranging correct payment method required via certified cheque, and have to return this within the end of the month in Canada at OINP.
My question is: shall I return the complete application package included the initial application form (which is stamped with initial receipt date of 21th of December) with only a letter explaining I am sending the new correct payment (all along with the certified cheques of course), or filing a brand new application form with the same docs I already sent?

The letter accompanying my incomplete application package says I have to return the letter itself with my new application, but don't know If I have to send back also the old application form stamped from OINP.
Hope you could help! ;)

This time get a bank draft (demand draft) for CAD 1,500 in the name of ONTARIO MINISTER OF FINANCE and send it to OINP. This draft will be valid for 6 months.
If any of your circumstances has changed since filling the old form, then better get a new form filled up.

thank you for your help. But shall I include also my old application form stamped from them?
Yes, keep a photocopy of the same for your reference (or you can even scan it) and send the letter also as part of your application package.
