Income Requirements for Super Visa

I am planning to apply for a super visa for my mother. I see the income scales on CIC web site. However my question is:

Income scales are based on Total Income (Line 150), Net Income (Line 236), or Taxable Income (Line 260)?

You need CRA 3 years notice assessment, it has everything.

Its your gross income so line 150. And you only need to show one year of NOA so if you're applying now so its either gona be 2015 NOA or 2016 NOA
