Inclusion of dependents in PEI PNP but not in CIC profile

Hello all,

Please advise me on the question that is quite ambiguous.

My CIC profile does not include my spouse and dependent child. (as they will not be accompanying me to Canada)

However, in my PEI PNP profile, I am claiming points for my spouse's IELTS and work experience. (as PEI PNP doesn't even ask whether the spouse is accompanying or not)

My concern is that if I get PEI nomination, do I have to include the non-accompanying family members in my CIC application for PR?
