Including additional page for Schedule A: Background declraration IMM5669

Hi,
I will need to include additional page for answering Question 12 (addresses) in background declaration form.

Just wondering, Can I leave question 12 completely unfilled in the main form and write "please see IMM 5669 additional page 1 for details" in the main IMM5669 form beside question 12 and attach a separate sheet with all the addresses. I need more lines for all the addresses in the original IMM 5669 form and some of my addresses just don't fit in the space provided in the original IMM5669 form

Should be fine. My lawyer got me to do this with my employment history as the company names etc were too long.

Do they ask for proof of redesency ?
