Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hey everyone,

I have a question. I am supposed to apply for citizenship this October 2014. In the application, I have to provide a copy of my permanent resident card. However, my current permanent resident card expires in October but I have applied for a new one in May 2014, which CIC haven't even started working on.

What should I do? Should I include a photocopy of my old PR card or wait until I receive my new one?

Thank you,

Joe

If you have a copy include it and explain in a cover letter that you already applied for a new one. Also include any reference or file number you my have for your PR application. You re not doing anything wrong.

Yes, if you have travelled anywhere outside Canada in the last 4 years, you have to disclose every trip regardless of your status then.

i believe you r talking abt residency form. It will be much better if u use online calculator for calculating residency bcoz it only asks u since uve landed. Its simple just fill online and take print out of it.
