I have applied for a student visa application and my wife applied for an open Work Permit visa. I received a message that my case has been refused and I have been inadmissible to Canada for a period of five (5) years. They have declared the banks statement from me included with my application from bank was confirmed by the bank to be fraudulent.
What can I do now ? Can I protest and appeal?

At this point you will need to hire a lawyer in Canada if you want to fight the inadmissibility finding and ban.

Same thing happened to us who received PFL last year. We are totally 9 persons. But last week we received to redo medical and confirmation if our job offer is still valid. What does it means? Is it possible we overcome the PFL?
