I am a P.R. of Canada. I sponsored my father for a Super Visa, and because he mentioned 'NO' in the question 2(b) which states have you ever been asked to leave, refused an entry to canada or any other country? In real, he was deported from U.S.A. Because of this, he has been found inadmissible for misrepresentation for 5 years. And beacuse of that, my mother is also inadmissible.
My question is - does that effects me as well? Being a P.R., am I inadmissible as well? I am 28 years old - not a dependent child. I had no role in this misrepresentation, except for sending a sponsorship letter for this super visa application.
