Sent with application
Dear friends,

I had submitted an application for PR through the FSW program back in 2014-2015. This was just before the express entry started. I actually had received a Positive Eligibilty review also in Jan 2015. However, in July 2015, I was issued with a letter of inadmissibility for 5 years citing the reason that the employment dates in my Linkedin profile was inconsistent against the date that I had provided in the application.

The 5 years inadmissibility would be over by July 2020 only. So I would like to know the below things
1. Would I be considered if I create an express entry profile at this moment?
2. Would I be considered for a PNP application?
3. If not what would be the best time to start the application process for the above?
4. What are the documents/preparations that I can do at this moment?

Thanks
Ishak

  1. No
  2. No
  3. July 2020
  4. Not much really.....you are inadmissible to Canada at this time. Any application at this point would be rejected outright.

Please help me to sort the issue and low down my anxiety...As we are waiting for PR and we are in IP2 stage and Iam a dependent. As a dependent Iam not claiming any points for my work experience because Its not Canadian inspite I have submitted all my work experience(India) letter in our PR application which is completely genuine but the issue is two days back someone checked my linkedin profile in a private mode and Iam pretty sure it has been done by visa officer. So the point is some inconsistency in my jobs date in linkedin profile and in PR application.

All the information filled by us in PR application is truthful.

So my question is if linkedin profile and PR application information mismatched so it will be case of Misrepresentation?

Thanks in Advance!

Better keep all your public profiles updated as the application and be truthful in that as well

No I didn't..Looks like it also depends on your individual case processing office. mine was done in Warsaw, Poland.

Hi Sonal,

I have the same issue. I am dependent with inconsistency for job dates in LinkedIn and PR application. Hope your case has been fine so far. Any news?
