On behalf of someone, i wanted to know.. if an international studebts gets a rejection letter of inadmissible and can not enter canada for 5 years.. how will he complete his study? As he is currently enrolled and is thr from last 6 years
If you're inadmissible - then you cannot enter Canada for that five year period. If your school has an online / remote program - then you might be able to complete your program while outside of Canada. Otherwise you have to wait five years before you can try applying for a new study permit - or you can try to transfer your credits to a school outside of Canada and complete your studies there.

You can try to appeal - the chances of a positive outcome really depend on the circumstances that resulted in inadmissibility. (If you provide more details, we can give you better information.) You'll need to hire a lawyer in Canada if you want any chance of the appeal succeeding. Expect to spend several thousands of dollars.
