In which state is it easy to get CEC PR

Hi

Can someone tell me in which Province of canada is it easy to get a CEC PR . I mean where should I study to get PR faster .

By state you mean province and the answer is none because CEC is a federal immigration class, not a provincial one.

There is no "easy" route to PR.

Besides CEC, you can explore Provincial Nominee programs. For example, Ontario and Manitoba have PNP programs for students. I don't know if any are easier or faster than CEC. You can do your own homework -

If you are planning to apply for CEC as a graduate with 1 year Canadian work exp, I would recommend studying in a big city where it will be easy to find a job once you graduate. This way you won't have to spend a lot of $$$ travelling for interviews... But it's true that the province doesn't matter since it's a federal program
