Praying for the best health and spirit for all of you.I need ur expert opinion if anybody knows.I have checked my application status yesterday and instesd of in process the following was written , A decision has been made on ur application.The office will contact you concerning decision.Kindly tell what could be the response?

A friend also got the same msg in her e cas and a few days later she got her refusal letter, Now they are going to try to file a letter of appeal. I hope it is not the same for you.

Dear Azee,

Sorry to hear this but change an e-case status from IP to DM before medical request is not a good sign and 99.99% rejection. This is what happened with me. I got a refusal letter from London VO on 19th March.
Hope this may a system glitch for you.
