hi all what will we do??the same wait??can we use that proof of fund??/no reply from cic??/or same automatic reply..i can't suffer anymore..feeling like a baby i wish to cry loudly....

Dear Devu,

Same condition here.
I think this In process with RBVO is just a hoax.

Hope things get back on track now that elections are over and Jason Kenny is again appointed as immigration minister.

I can understand that they don't want teachers, professors, IT managers. My NOC is even in the Post June 2010. It means my occupation is still in demand why is my case delayed??
Ditto with nurses and doctors.

yah....but i need an answer ...clear answer regarding time frame from cic...otherwise we could't do anything...it is so frustrating friend...

It sure is frustrating. Its been around 10 months since I submitted my full documents and I still haven't got a medical request. And I know you are under even worse condition as you have submitted documents earlier.

I do wish we get an answer soon.

Dear Classical,

Is it 14 months from AOR Date? Or full application submission date. Suppose i have submitted my documents on 26th Sept & i got 2nd AOR on 12th Oct,10. Should I consider Oct as 1 month?? Please suggest..

Thanks in advance.

i think from the 2nd aor

Second you.
The processing time is counted from the date of 2nd AOR.

On checking the application process timings, there's a link based on 'complete application package'.
Opening the page takes you to the page where you can download the application form.

So i feel it could also be file transfer dates. Consider this :CHC ND is processing March 2010 applicants since last 3 to 4 months. Lot of them received visa in May 2011.

Based on this I feel the processing time is based on file transfer date(and the initial application date).

Lets be positive!!!

Hello All,

First of all must say that this Forum is really useful. Need some information/update/insight as per my timeline below:

1) Application sent to CIC Sydney Office: March 2010
2) Received 1st AOR from CIC Sydney: April 2010
3) Submitted full documents to London Visa Office: July 2010
4) Received 2nd AOR from London Visa Office: August 2010
5) Current Ecas status: In Process since Feb 2011 with RBVO details

Please comment!

Many thanks

London visa office takes around 16 months for visa.
u have completed around 10 to 11 months.
Wait for 3 to 4 more months. You should receive ur medicals.
