Thanks, Jnathan. I had 68 score. But I married in this year and informed them accordingly. However, I had not claimed extra 4 points for my wife's graduation but I declared them in the cover letter. If SGVO asked applicants to do so, should I claim?

you will not be asked about your wife's education papers unless you've sent them her papers by yourself.
you have indicated that in your cover letter but you should have sent her papers with that cover letter. more points are always better. VO might just consider that you are unwilling to add more points by sending your wife's edu papers.

It could be so late to knock the VO after collecting her recently finished degree. Knocking VO again and again is also not rationale. I have got already her certificate and other necessary docs and waiting. When the VO asks for MR, should I send her certificates and others? Does it have any effect in calculating points? Its true maximum point is good but I did not wait to get my wife's documents.

you can send now with a cover letter

if you can score more or equal to 67 then I wouldnt send those papers now. this could only slow down the processing.
 
I am also doing so as my point is 68

inprocess(same rbvo) on date 1 augst 2011,visa office london .from pak.

recently two days back my status has the line added that my file was reviewed on 10-01-12 and processing started. kindly comment and tell when will be MR be recieved.
