Dear all,
My file is on process since 4th of June 2010.My friend with the same time is lamded in toronto more than one month ago but there is no call for medicals for me.Very upset with this slow process ,I reffered to london visa office my self and wrote down about my situation.Suprisingly ,I recieved an email in my personal mail box and not through the lawyer that was requesting again some documents for my spouse ,considering the fact that I am the main applicant .I sent all the requirements more than 2 months ago and still there is no reply .In my CAIPS every thing is correct and there is nothing pending .Any one with similar experience???
Any one has ever succeed to speak with someone in london office directly???

Hello guys, I'm also in the same vain. My status is showing 'in process' since 15 February, 2011 but the details inside are same as RBVO. I asked with the VO and got strange reply from them that my file is still under review. It means, we all who are in this status with RBVO details are not in real in process. God bless to all of us.

I am also in the same boat. I am a pre June applicant. I applied in March 2010, Category 4131. InProcess with RBVO since 1st August 2011. Is there anybody get MR in the same status.

IN PROCESS WITH RBVO details is just a CIC LOLLYPOP NOTHING ELSE. mEANS THEY HAVE NOT STARTED ANY KIND OF PROCESS ON YOUR CASE.

IF CASE IS IN PROCESS AND INSIDE DETAILS MENTIONED " WE HAVE REVIEWED YOUR FILE AND START PROCESSING ON DATE XXXXXXX " THAT MEAN ACTUAL PROCESSING, IN THIS CASE YOU CAN EXPECT MR WITHIN 1-2 MONTHS OR SO.

SO IF CASE IS RBVO OR IN PROCESS WITH RBVO DETAILS THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE.
