Hi all:
I kindly ask all applicants from London office with ecase (in process with RBVO) changed to ( decision made) to talk here about what happened to them and if they got any email from London telling them about a letter has been send to them.......

Another thing to answer is:

- Is it logical to give a decision about an application without start studying it ???!!!!!

- Does (in process with RBVO) a real start of studying the application??? or what???

For me, I have my ecase as in process with RBVO....as 4131 applicant ( London).....On the last Sunday my ecase changed to DM.....

Any opinions.....????

same here, Inside DM it still says "your file is pending review". It never changed to "we started processing your file on......"
I m wondering and praying that it's a technical issue and not the real DM.

I am in the same boat and my status details are as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on August 18, 2009.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 7, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
We transferred your application to the London England office on October 14, 2009. The London England office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the London England office on June 30, 2010. The London England office may contact you.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

But the difference is my status was "Received By Visa Office" and it never changed to "In Process". it is directly changed from RBVO to DM

I think that's very poor communication from CIC. If they've actually reached a decision they should at least confirm to you that it's a rejection and that the reasons will follow shortly.

If it's an ECAS error, they should also let you know that.

In all likelyhood it sounds like a rejection if you got DM prior to medicals, but why can't CIC just let you know that in their reply?

Few Examples of "Decision Made/Refused" before Medical. But still they are in Canada! (Bottomline! Don't lose hope....continue your efforts till success

Today I have seem my status changed on cic website, so far I have submitted my updated documents on 03/12/2008 and now in 19/01/2009, the status dispalyed 'decision made' amd medical not done , should I treat my case rejected or any chance for acceptance. Need view from all.

I will be travleing with wife in pragagny week of 34, I have taken temprary travel insurance for 3 month here from a company in saudi Arabia but maternity is not covered, so what do you advise, which would be the cost and how to find the doctor? What is process to get PR card? Can I leave without PR card to saudi?

2. Proof of fund

I have already taken about 18,000 Canadian dollar cash with me, is this ok?

3. Return to Saudi

Since I need to retrun to saudi with in 30 days time, how quikcly, I will be able to get the brith registration and brith ceritificate and passport of new new born, so that I should be able to get back home quikcly. I have one of close relative there, who enusred fully help in all respect as well.

Let me get this straight,i do have USA visa and was planning to go to Detriot via car ,would i be able to come back to Canada without my PR and with only the landing visa!!!

Finally i got a reply on my Query sent to london VO ,

They said :

Dear Applicant,

Please refer to the attached letter which was sent to your mailing address in January 2012.

in this letter they award me 17 points for experience instead of 19.at the time i was applying i had 3.5 years of Experience.

I got the same issue My E-status change from In-Process 2 Decision Made and different people have different Opinion.....!!! But an expert tell me don't believe in E-status much because it happened to the 80% time liner with him and 90% out of them get medical request...!!!!!!!

I have my finger crossed and hope for the best!!!!

In order to add the child to an application for permanent residence at this office, we require the following documents:

processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child’s birth certificate
copy of your child’s valid passport
4 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your child ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp)

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent by mail.



Your child must undergo a medical examination. Be aware that even non-accompanying dependants must undergo medical examinations.
