No additional docs were requested... I believe that it is routine, however, they can request docs at any time I suppose...
 
jhjeppe, I believe everyone's really hoping that the processing gets fast track. where's your local office btw?
 
Dear Experts,

My wife has applied for Canadian Citizenship based on her PR before we got married. This was done a year back in Feb '14 and we are awaiting the test invite.

She is outside Canada with me since past 1 month. Currently she hasn't made any plan to get back there. Can she stay with me until she gets the test invite - expecting in next 5-6 months ? or is there any rule stating that she needs to be back in Canada before that ?

Kindly advice.

I don't that's an issue right now. It'll only become an issue when a notice comes and wasn't received thereby missing a test because she was out.

My application is getting processed in Winnipeg.
 
How long by average does it take to get the test invite from the time the application has been in process and transferred locally to a CIC office.

I got mine today. Test is scheduled on 21/03/15 ) letter is dated March 6th.

Hi there. Im from Winnipeg as well. I mailed my application March 2014, and started processing May 6, 2014. Hope my application starts moving again.
 
CIC ENTRIED INCORRECT INFO. MY FIRST DATE ENTERED CANADA BASED ON THE ATIP REPORT I RECEIVED.
I RESENT CIC PHOTOCOPY OF MY PASSPORT CLEARLY STAMPED THE CORRECT DATE.
MY ECAS UPDATED TO IN PROCESS SAME DAY THEY RECEIVED MY LETTER.

MY APPLICATION IS CONSIDERED NON-ROUTINE OR ROUTINE AS CIC THEMSELVES MISTAKENLY INPUT MY INFORMATION INTO THEIR SYSTEM?

JUST CURIOUS!

ANY INPUTS WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED.

It might still fall into routine since there's nothing being triggered for now (i.e. RQ or additional docs)
