In Process - Waiting for Test Invite

This is placeholder for us who's waiting for a Test Invite.
My paper is in the local office as of 01/23.
Local office is Montreal.

mine too. from 10th Jan (7th in process and 10th send to Montreal). My AOR was sent by email.

Hi! Does this thread confirms that when your status is already In Process and it is already in the nearest office you are licated, it means, all is done and that you ar only waiting for the test date?

It does suggest that, but also, my application has been in process since August 15 2014 and I have not received or heard anything from them.

I also spoke to a agent recently and they told me that all my background checks are now done and I should be expecting a test invite in the next six months... (I know... what a ridiculous window)...

but alas... we keep waiting...

jhjeppe, is your application a routine or did they request additional docs from you?

aeb, yes, this is to track those that already have a status of in-process and waiting for the invite.

How do you know your file was transferred to EDM office? You called or it shows on CIC web?

Hi alicezy.... All in ecas..... First it showed the generic "nearest office".... 2 or 3 days after, it was changed to Edmonton..... The time line that i showed is the exact screen on my ecas....

Mine was transferred to Scarborough office too on Feb 1st, which was a Sunday!

I saw from another thread that there are instances where CIC works on Saturday or Sunday.
