How it takes to change from process to decision made ? ( I know that VO dffr from the other and it's matter of case to case ) I need approximately how is it.

This is my timeline


In process.

Permanent Residence

1- We received your application for permanent residence on January 23, 2012.

2- We started processing your application on February 28, 2014.

3- Medical results have been received.

So I am asking do some body have any idea how long it takes moving from IN PROCESS TO DECISION MADE.

for me, processing through ottawa it took less than 2 weeks.

As your timeline you are 2012 applicant and in ur case its longgg wait for you ...usually it takes 1 to 6 weeks time in my visa office (New Delhi)...so its depends on which one is your visa office. ..
its 6th month for in process. ..the delay is due to few things like- Medical expires,, interview,, background checks (it takes a lot time if you submit pcc's of different countries),etc
so its depends on which office is yours. .and which thing delays ur process. ..I think you should talk to ur MP about it..

now there is two options for you- apply GCMS notes,, or MP enquiry. ..

My appication is 'in process" on 23.05.14. After remed, sending passport & other required docs, i m said to wait for 30 working days for visa issuance (it s said in the letter I received on 23.05.14) but until now 30 working days have passed (I submitted to VFS on 03.07.14), I haven't received any information from SVO, my ecas is still "in process". I already sent email to MP but no reply. I am very worried, i dont know what happened to my case. Can you give me any advice. Thanks so much

I am the sponsored person, my husband is in Canada. In the letter I received it said that waiting for Visa issuance is within 30 working days. most of the cases here I read in this forum from 'in process' to decision made is within 1 month or less than 2 months (included weekends). my case is counted from 3 July (remedical in June, submitted all required docs to VFS in Viet Nam in 3 July) amounts to 52 days. I am so desperated....
I already sent email to MP & SVO but no reply

"Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

We are pleased to acknowledge that our office has received the documents referred to in your message below.

The application is now queued for review. Once the review has taken place, if any further documentation or information is required before a decision can be made on the application, our office will contact the applicants directly. Until the review has been completed, we will not be able to provide any further information. Please wait to be contacted by our office"

"Thank you for your enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

Thats a total computer genetic mail...I was also received this kind of from my MP's side...don't know why they treated remedical applicants so badly whether the visa office are different...

this was my MP's reply-

Currently the file is awaiting further review by a visa officer to determine whether all statutory requirements have been met or not. Following which, the next steps will be determined and communicated directly to the applicant.

when did you send the required docs? I dont know why Sing. officiers process mine for so long, what will they demand? :-\. I saw in this forum they process the others so fast...that made me worried.

..depends on VO who handle your application some might take so long some are not.
