Hello Guys,

My E-cas shows" We started processing you application since October 18, 2013" and I paid my RPRF on October 30. What will happen next and how long does it takes? (I applies through BC PNP).

My second Question is how does our eligibility is checked by CPP-O? I mean to ask that I have my approved PNP certificate and all other supporting documents. Are these documents enough for deciding my Eligibility? Or What else they do for determining eligibility?

Your Help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot :)
Thanks

Your PPR is not far, maybe another month or two. CIO-NS does the initial eligibility test and to determine your eligibility. Once your file is transferred to CPP-Ottawa, the VO will see if you meet the program requirements of your province or just verify that the certificate has everything that is required. If you see their checklist you will notice that do not ask for a job offer, but only your Certificate, which alone qualifies you. For example for me to become a PNP in my province I have to have a full-time job in my stream of study. But from what i know is that their main concern is usually security, criminality and Medical. They want to make sure you are not a liability to their health system or a danger to their citizens or the country's security. According to my PNP officer money in the bank is not usually an issue if you are a PNP.

I went through the BC PNP, too. They started processing my application in September and I got my PPR last week Friday :)
Hang in there, yours is just around the corner.

Thank you so much friends..

I really appreciate it. This helps me to keep patience.

Please feel free to share any information about what happens to our file in Ottawa. I mean to say what kinds of processes our file goes through once it says "In process".

Thanks you.

Jag BC, expect your PPR anywhere at the end of this month or the beginning of March. Most of those whose Applications went into "In Process" in September have received their PPR's. I think they are trying to finish all September people at CPP-Ottawa.
