In Process Pls Advice

I am New in this forum so pls advice me with the followings

My e-cas shows In Process with this information.

*We received your application for permanent residence on June 29, 2009.

*We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 27, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

*Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.

*We transferred your application to the Singapore office on September 1, 2009. The Singapore office may contact you.

*Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 11, 2010.

Is it good sign or bad my visa office is Singapore and what will be the next step?

Neither god nor bad. You Ecas just says your file is in process.

It is stage for background and security checks and after it is complete you get meds

In my case(singapore office) within a week of changing the e case status to in process , I recieved the medical request. So always it is not true that background and sequrity check is done during in process. Some time it is done during the period of document checking.
We hope you will get medical request soon.
