Hi all,

Can someone explain to me? what the process is going to be like for old applicant like me, whose status has been IN PROCESS since Feb 05 .I have read with so much enthusiasm and zeal the contribution of each and everyone, and that has prompted my question.Does it means that my application have been given an initial review back in Nov 04 that l made the application or not?

I recently ordered for my Caipsnote and found nothing meaningful apart from the BFD that has passed 01/09/09.However,l sent specific case enquiry two weeks ago and still waiting for reply.

I need to be enlightened further,no knowledge is lost but rather gain.

i am under 4131,,,,FSW1,,,single,,,,,full docs to CHC ND on 12 march ,,,IELTS listening 8.5,,,,read 8,,,spkng 7.5,,,,,wrtng 6.5,,,,,,,,in process from 11 may,,,,,,,,no verification call ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,still i m not hearing from CHC

please advise me that can there be still a verification or it not,,,and can they come in person or will it be phone call?

please share if any of you have got verification

verification is done in one in every 50 or so cases.
Keep your manager ready about a possible call.

They usually don't answer. No idea why. I have sent them 3 case specific enquiries since Jan,no reply. Na to wait be that.

IO's are in more n more pressure than before.

I did order twice already. The most recent one I received just few days ago.

would you please let us know what prompted you to order CAIPS and at which stage you sent the CAIPS request.

Were the results satisfactory? Which service you used to order CAIPS? How long the CAIPS took to reach you?

in process means after receiving ur file they give it a BRING FORWARD DATE,,,on that date the file is opened before a panel,,,which includes visa officer also,,,,they check if u r falling under a NOC which in=s in the list and check that are u having 67 points

and after that they label it as IN PROCESS and send ur file for verification agencies,,,,,now ur file will be opened at a date and reviewed with ur background checks and the u will be granted medicals

so basically it means that u have passed the points hurdle and u are falling under a NOC which is in demand

do u think they will send file to separate verification agency? or they will verify themselves? if there is separate verif. agent, do u think they might call all of our employer?
also its about 90days, my doc was reached in ND and got aor at the next day. still my ecas is recieved by vo. how long it might take to change in process?

would you please let us know what prompted you to order CAIPS and at which stage you sent the CAIPS request.

Were the results satisfactory? Which service you used to order CAIPS? How long the CAIPS took to reach you?

BFD, possible errors of IO's, undelivered and missing documents, reason for interview if scheduled for one, any problems with your files, which were reported in almost every forums are the reasons that prompted me to monitor my application through CAIPS. You can't get a definite and clear picture of your queries through case specific enquiry.It is my proactive measure to ensure that no injustice is rendered to my application. And so far, it helped me a lot. I ordred mine through www.caipsnotes.com. The recent one I ordered on May 26, 2010 and I received it on July 16, 2010. I ordered twice after my status changed to in process.

CAIPS take so long to reach applicants.
There should be a faster way to get it. Isnt there any?
