just for those of you who have "in process" This In process thing may not be that accurate, it simply tells u that the IO is reviewing yr whole package or it may also mean it has already made a decision.

As for my case, i check the site every now and then, and while some time ago i have already received my Passport request, it still states in process! Actually a decision has already been made but the site still shows "in process". So do not be discouraged when u see in process, it may mean that yr Passport request is on the way or it has already made a decision!

Hi,
thanks for the info. However, those who are "in process" just want to get their medical request and PPR and they know that status will still be in process. How long did it take you get your medical request since your status got in process status?
Thanks

In many cases and as learnt from this forum, most got their Medical request issued ranged from very next date of their status changed to In process to within 4 weeks....but for someone it takes so longer ...... To my opinion It may not be due to the documentation check or workload at all.... I believe most of the applicant have some common set of docs to verify .... I just wonder what really make this delay for someone.....for unusually long time.... Its not an issue of being impatient but it is generally expected to have the average time range to be followed for most of the applicant irrespective of visa offices and or NOC categories.... I may be wrong.......I confess... just thought to share my feeling about ......
