Dear Seniors, does in process mean 67 points have been achieved and education docs also, along with other docs, have been reviewed fully? Now no worries abt education points?

Does background check include reviewing education docs again? And now what is left to be done before medical request is to be issued?

Thanks and regards,

Ghafoor

Ghafoor, Once your application is accepted and received an acknlwledgement then its almost clear that you have enough points to qualify the immigration. But very rare cases are found to be rejected without enough points which I read once in this forum. But chances are very slim. Back ground check includes all qualification/ work experience/criminial back ground and all other documents check which qualified you for the immigration. Back ground check sometimes happens even after the medical issuance. I read some posts which said New Delhi office did some back ground check at the employer even after the medical rquest. I am not sure about the other visa offices. Take it easy, it will go allright if you have all genuine documents.

Best Regards, Sans_May2010

in process means a canadian LOLIPOP

In-process with VO (visa office) Pending review means still points are not awarded and VO still not touched your documents.

In-process with VO reviewed and start processing, means you are awarded 67 points or more and VO start process on your application this is the actual process start from this point, my opinion is count your VO timelines from this stage only (do not count from the date when you sent your documents to CIO NS).

So, what's the "text" under the link of "in-process"!!!
in-process means your VO is working on your application but depend on your application.

It means that you packaged your application very well, I have seen cases like this with some members on the forum.
All the best and I hope your VO will keep up with this pace.

My best guess is that you should be expecting your Med's. 8) 8) 8) 8)

zeenat,
You already awarded 67points.
this is the normal process and it's looks like background check is take place.

dont worry use your first AOR , many OP's did not get 2nd AOR and even some of them get same application file number as 2nd AOR.

my suggession is if you want to see clear picture then order CAIPS note.

you will hear VO soon but we can not judge in how many days or month/s.

CAIPS note will tell you what's next on your application and VO comments.

Dear OMM
I agree with you but still there is a question why did the CIC moved us to in process with pending review why not kept it the same as before . From what I know they don't make any move without a reason, what is their reason for changing our status to in process with Pending review???

Dear OMM,

After getting the PER, now my ecas shows RBVO and it is staying there for the last 45 days.Just want to know whether at this stage (RBVO), VO just keeps our application file in the que till our turn comes and when they start working on our file, our ecas status is turned to "in process" or RBVO may sometimes mean that VO is working on our application but are not bothered to change the ecas status to "in process". Pls clarify

The same happened with me too but it was amended after a month in the E-cas. It is more an E-cas error and nothing to do with London VO's processing of your application which will go as per procedure.
