in process and going under divorce..please urgent help please

hello my name is aditi and i am new to this forum.i need urgent help.me and my husband put case in augest 2011, since then we are in process so far.we send our medicals and passport as well, but unfortunetly we are going under divorce now.i dont know what to do.can i inform to canada embessy? as i am the main applicant should i be worried ? please guide me ..

As per CIC, any change in your family composition should be notified immediately to the visa office.
You can send the information to visa office by fax, letter, e-mail quoting your file number.

It depends if you are awarded points for him and without those points you are below the passmark of 67 then you application will be affected. When informing still you need to submit relevant documents and new form showing you divorced.

Then u will be not eligible for FSW after divorce because of insufficient point.....

thats upto compromise (no other option as u have less points if ur hubby will be removed from application) between u and ur husband, ask him if he can waite for PR, and u may remian separate during that period but not OFFICIALLY just between u and ur hubby

Yes - he can go to Canada alone. The only rule is that you must land first (since you are the principal applicant).
