Hi,
My ECAS also went in process yesterday night, I want to know from those whom ECAS changed to in process yesterday, do you guys applied through FSW, if yes then it might be because of PER (Positive Eligibility Review), I remember last year trend of FSW that they use to give PER in batches and last night in process was also in batch.....May be same trend with 19 june in process seems like they also applied through FSW....Please share your timelines so that we all can predict the situation....

If a person applies through FSW the file goes first to Sydney office where they check the eligibility and if the applicant is eligible, applicant get PER (Positive Eligibility review) or mysterious 2nd AOR that shows that applicants file is reviewed and applicant is eligible to apply bowp also, then the file moves to Local VO Ottawa incase of in landers and from here the main processing starts....

I double checked the GCMS notes that I applied on June24(generated on June 24th), in "Notes" section, all entries on and before April. 21(the day after my first AOR) are from Centralized Intake Office, but the first one dated on June. 02 is from Ottawa office(CPC-Ottawa). I think maybe that means my case was in Ottawa processing center since June.02 at the lates.

We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 5, 2015.
We started processing your application on August 12, 2015.

I also want to add that the letter I received on Aug 12 for RPRF stated that I had a PER. On Aug 14 ECAS changed to "In Process". Again I'm CEC.

This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa, which has been found eligible in the Class for which it was submitted.

Pretty sure that means PER.

Rejected because of a POF technicality. I've explained that further on the Rejection thread.

Inlander, qualified for both CEC and FSW, but got FSW ITA.

ITA March 27
Application submitted May 10
Medicals passed and background check in progress June 11
3rd line in ecas - medical received June 14
Ecas changed to in process Aug 14

I have literally had radio silence from CIC since June, no requests for docs, no clarification request, no ghost e-mails, nothing. Applied for my case notes about 2 weeks ago though so maybe that request made them take a look at my application..

I have 3 lines like this also. My application is still 'application received'. It is the page before this that you need to check. The link that you click on to get to this will tell you of your application status
