@Sumit82 Thanks, The security took the longest(multiple security lines) which took about 20-30 mins. Final booth was consular officer who just asked a couple of questions - Where i work, tell me some of your job duties, then took fingerprints.. that was pretty much it, took less than 5 mins.
Documents: Passport, I797, appointment confirmation, photos, proof of Canadian residence.

My timeline if it helps:
08/23 -- In person appointment at Vancouver, got done in about 45 mins(security took like 43 of the 45 mins, just basic questions asked by the consular officer), visa status went to approved immediately after the appointment.
08/24 -- Visa status went to Issued.
08/25 -- Passport available for pickup and picked up passport.

I have some questions, the organization that wants to apply for H visa, has not submited the document yet, I want to know about time line.
How long does it take for us embassy to answere, and what should I do now.
