Hi,

I work work as a desk clerk ar Holiday inn in BC and I am looking to file my PNP through my employer. Some one told me that my employer will need to send in the business T4 statement (which I know my employer will refuse to.. he is a paranoid fellow).. but I am not sure if I would require it since it is a big business and they can easily prove that they can actually afford my employment.

Can someone please help me and suggest if it is a necessary requirement or not (it is not mentioned in the check list)..

Plz Plz Plz

To my best knowledge they can ask for a T4 statement, one of my friend got an interview call at last stage and they questioned about the validity of T4 statement. He had to show bunch of other supporting documents.
It is better to contact an attorney who has expertise in this field. I am sure you will get some helpful information there.

thanks virgo,

I actually did consult an attorney and he said its better to send it.. but my employer does not seems to be willing to provide it to me.

Is it better to just wait and see if they ask me for one?
