In my current situation, can I become permanent resident in Canada?

Hi, I got a job offer in Calgary, Alberta and right now I'm waiting for my work visa to arrive, it's an LMO visa which means I'm gonna be a temporary foreign worker.
The NOC skill type isn't 0, A or B.
What does it take to become PR in my situation? can I apply for PR after 2 years or so?

You receive a letter of instruction together with your passport with visa on it. You obtain the WP at the POE (upon arrival to Canada)

Can i get a nanny job if i reach Canada with visiting/tourist visa?actually im nurse with 5yrs experience from india.but getting work permit is difficult and really want to go there.Do you think i can get a nanny job?please help...
