In-land Spousal applications (via Nairobi)

Hi,

I realize that outland applicants under family sponsorship in Nairobi office take considerably shorter time than the indicated 25 months.

Has any East African here recently applied for PR (sponsored by spouse) while in Canada?
How long did it take? I know every case is unique, but please give me an idea.

Just a small point of clarification about your subject line...

If the inland spousal application process is used, the application is processed entirely in Canada. The application is only sent to Nairobi if the outland process is used.
