In-Land 'From' and 'To'

Alright, tomorrow we're going to send the application off. We're both wondering about something, however.

In the Generic Application Form, we have to put in a 'From' and a 'To' -- we can't leave the 'To' blank or put in the current date as it would refuse to validate, the validation being required. So what we did was we put the time that my visitor visa expires.

In the Questionnaire where it asks for my period of cohabitation and validation is not required, I put 'Present' in the 'To' box.

What I am trying to say is that I will be staying in Canada during my implied status from the PR application. I can't put anything else in the box in the Generic Application Form due to how Validation works and I'm concerned that if I put the date my extension ends and see 'Present' in the Questionnaire that they will bring up the inconsistency. On the other hand, if I put the date my visa expires in the Questionnaire and I stay during the implied status, I believe that I would be in a difficult position due to the committal to that answer.

Is everything alright with 'Present' in the Questionnaire's 'To' and the visa expiration date in the General Application Form or should I handle this differently?

Bumping due to time left being small and trying to get some more responses.

I'd like multiple thoughts on this matter.

How did you handle the 'to' and 'from' on the Generic Application Form which requires a validation?

This is getting pretty far down the list so going to have to bump again due to the circumstances.

I'm going to send this thing out in less than eight hours, according from the information I've come to the conclusion that it would be alright to leave the 'To' date on my General Application Form as my Visa Expiry date and my other form to write 'Present' for the length of cohabitation.

Is that alright? I don't want to worry about this after sending it out, you know how that goes and the General Application Form will not accept anything that is not a date set in the future.

You can write present, it's fine.
