it takes 3-6 months in general.


if ur ecas show: DM. then it doent take much time(may be within 1 month.)

Ans depends on, from which country u submitted pp's, u already got two diff responses.

Explanation - i wanted to give my sincere opinion but hw can i give unless i kw from which country one applied.as i kw the ans varies.for eg if its from london one can expect within..... and if its from other countries then........

My experiene is if u deposited ur RPRF before submitting PP than 2 weeks, if not, it will take 4-6 wks.

One of my friend sent passport on sat by special next day delivery and he get it back on next Saturady by provided next day special delivery envelope from London visa office . They stamp visa on Thursday .
So 1 week for him .
He Was March 2010 applicant , NOC Electrecian , Gas surveyor , office Administrator , industrial Electrecian .

Got his Medical in Dec 2009 , Medical done in Jan and received by VO on Feb .

He paid his RPRF in jan without been asked .

Though he got Visa Validity of 7 month as his wife passport is Valid till that time .
