Shall i give up this employer or find a new one?i am afraid i got refused again but my agent/ consultant and employer said they will try their best to get my approval. Please enlighten me.. thanks
You need a new employer.

There is zero chance of success with your current employer. Again, a 15 year old does not need a caregiver. Do not apply again with your current employer.

Find a new one. A 15 year old doesn’t need a full time caregiver. By the time appeal process cconcluded the child may no longer be a minor,
Why did the consultant/agent gave this employer to me if he knew from the start i will be refused i am only wasting money a lot of money.

While going through this process, didn't you ever thought that why would a 15 year old need a carer, rather than blaming your agent?

Not sure an appeal (given it could take months, even a year) is a good idea. You were refused because the family doesn’t need nor can justify a full time care giver for a 15 year old. The child will be in school most of the day, and can be at home alone after school. The child can get up on his own and get to school (most kids do that now), have a part time job and will start driving soon too. parents can check up on the child without the need for a caregiver. Do the parents both work night shifts, at the same time, so the child is alone every night on his own? That would be the only way if no parents were home at night. And even then given the possible length of the appeal could be graduating high school by then.
How much chance for my visa get approve if my employer provide letter from their companies that they work long hours nights and weekends?

Is your employer a single parent?

Yes according to them they have both letters from their companies and my consultant will apply for me a request for reconsideration.
Let us know how it goes.

This is very unusal for Canadian parents. Good luck.
Most parents would arrange to spend some time with their kids/teenagers instead of working nights and weekends and spend the money and hire a caregiver. Maybe they both hold very special positions....

And be prepared to face issue trying to keep that teenager at home.... As a home caregiver, I can see it's hard to stop a teenage boy to leave and go partying on weekends...

Thank you for your sincere response. I appreciated it very much for analizing my
situation. I will let you know how it goes.
