In FSW IELTS 6.0 is mandatory or Not??

I want to know that in FSW IELTS 6.0 each is mandatory or not...If without IELTS I can make 67 point will IELTS 5.0 or 5.5 band acceptable or not??

CLB7 is must.

You have to score a minimum of IELTS 6 in each segment i.e, Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing.

An average score of 6 is not enough.

in IELTS 6 band in each is "MUST". if less than 6 in any one , not qualified.
