Hello together,

i am in EE and at the moment very close to get a job offer. What are the next steps? What do i need to consider to become legally employed as soon as possible? Is there a Guideline?
like
- company need LMIA
- with LMIA apply for work permission
but with more details :)

is it possible to apply for the temporary and for the permanent work and permission?
Can a Immigration Lawyer speed the things up?

Thanks in advance for ANY support.

With a positive LIMIA you should be able to apply a temporary work permit and a visa to travel.

thanks for the fast answer,ajanarth!
Can I use this LMIA proofed job offer also for EE? Or does i need a different document?

The temporary work permission also includes my family to travel to Canada or do they need to wait for processing the permanent working/ residence permission with EE?

Yes. When applying LMIA, there's an option in the form to select dual-intent.

Thank you for answer, it helps me lots.

Anyone can tell me, if my wife can join me when I move on temporary work permit / visa?
