In Education History, Do we need to provide all education level details

Hi Members,

I have done ECA for my B.Tech degree. In Express entry profile's education details section, Do I need to provide 10+2 and Metric details?

I haven't done ECA for 10+2 and Metric.

Hi Varun,

I dont think it is required. I also have BTech and i entered details of its ECA and got the correct points. Good luck.

Thanks for your reply. Would you please let me know, what you selected for Level of Education field for B.Tech? Is it Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years OR any other option?
I have also done B.Tech (Computer Science). I selected Field of Study as Computing/Information Technology. Is this correct?

I have another doubt about Provinces option. Can I select All Provinces?

Dear Varun22,

You only need to mention your education after 12th. i.e BAchelor, DIploma or Masters, DOctrate..

I selected Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years . Your field seems correct.

I am trying to create profile for EE but it is showing me ineligible again and again (2 times uptill now). I highly doubt that it is because of ECA. I have done one year masters from Canada so will i get points for that?. Do i also need to include bachelors degree from another country with the ECA or just the Masters degree from Canada is enough to make me eligible?. Note that i am confused between one year post secondary degree option and the masters degree option. What shall i select?.
