I got ITA. Currently, I am working in Canada as Software Engineer, My company gave me Job offer and I am still working with them. This Job offer has nothing to do with LMIA.

In the e-APR, there is a section "Work History--> Intended Work in canada"

In this Section there is a Question as below:
------------------------------------------------
Does XXX have a job offer in Canada?
The offer must:
be for full-time and for at least one year
meet different requirements depending on type of job (i.e. some need apprenticeships and certification) and
be non-seasonal for Federal Skilled Workers.
------------------------------------------------

For this question , Should I say No ?

or due to my current job , should I say Yes ?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - If you're working on a closed-work permit and you're claiming 50/200 points for a valid job offer then answer "yes"

2 - If you have an open work permit answer "no"

If this job offer is not supported by an LMIA or it's an exception, say "no", it doesn't matter if you are currently working in Canada or not, only a "valid job offer" is considered as a job offer. :)
